Hi friends, I felt the need to share a alert from my current experience flying out of Amsterdam on what looked like a really cheap ticket. After buying, I was surprised to see extra charges for checked baggage and even seat selection added to my final bill. These costs were not clearly mentioned during booking, and I only found out about them when I received my receipts and airline policies later on cheap flights from lisbon . It's disappointing because what looks like a great offer ends up costing quite a bit more. If you're flying from Amsterdam on cheap airlines, I'd suggest double-checking their baggage and seating fees ahead of time to avoid nasty surprises. Has anyone found helpful strategies to spot or avoid these invisible costs? Would enjoy to hear your tips.
